Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Dry Goods Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CREDITS.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Fish Warranty
We at Roger's stand behind the quality of the fish we sell. All fish are quarantined and observed upon arrival at the store for any issues and treated accordingly. If you purchase a fish from us we do have a 3 day guarantee because we know stress and unforeseen things can happen on transport.
If your fish passes away within 72 hours of purchase please return with:
-Fish body
-Separate sample of your tank water
-Receipt
If your water tests within healthy parameters we will replace or refund the value of the fish.
If you live further away and cannot make it into the store within that 72 hour window. Please contact us via email or Facebook messenger to notify us of the problem. We will ask for pictures of the deceased fish as proof of death and of your receipt within 72 hours and then you can bring a water sample within the next week. Please note if you cannot make it within the 72 hours you MUST contact us within that time so we can confirm the fish was still within the warranty period.
